Job Description
Trainers give Training assistance to members for them to achieve fitness goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibility
• Assist and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
• Assist in the implementation of the Basic Results 1 & 2 programs
• Execute the sale and the implementation of Rapid Results Training
• Provide a quality workout that commences on time
• Assist members in understanding how to operate resistance and cardiovascular equipment correctly – in line with Celebrity Fitness guidelines
• Take members and prospective members on tour of Fitness as required
• Assist in Club / Company promotions as required
• Ensure that weights are racked and the Center is in a neat, tidy and safe state
• Assist Celebrity Services in contacting members for making and confirming appointments
• Clean and monitor equipment for repairs
